The room is well-appointed and silent with disabling toilet. The staff are very amiable, managed the parking onsite. The location of the hotel in Pattaya is magnificent, right by Bali Hai Pier, Walking Street and shopping malls and a large shopping centre.

Everything in the hotel was perfect and met expectation. The location for Pattaya was particularly good, next to many restaurants, a large shopping centre, and the beach, Bali Hai Pier, Walking Street and shopping malls and Terminal 21 mall. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Naklua Beach.

Well-appointed and bright room with a very beautiful bathroom and an electronic key card, a work desk, and flat-screen TV. Particularly good magnificent location, in the middle of the city. Had exceptional service;)))

The room was well-appointed with comfy beds and a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area. The staff was amazingly efficient, attentive. The hotel was in a comfortable and absolutely perfect location short walk to Bali Hai Pier, Walking Street and shopping malls, and many restaurants, a large shopping centre, and the beach.

I was impressed with the brand new, clean, and comfortable rooms at the One Patio Hotel Pattaya - Sha Extra Plus. The hospitality and service provided by the staff were exceptional. The hotel's location was very convenient, with popular attractions and shopping malls within walking distance. The pool and common areas offered a great view and were well-maintained.

Although the breakfast menu was limited, the food served was delicious. I found it inconvenient that there were no mirrors in the rooms for makeup or dressing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is ideal for anyone who loves shopping and dining out. The Terminal 21 mall is just a stone's throw away, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; they made me feel welcome from check-in until departure. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, and the pool is a highlight. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I also enjoyed the delicious Asian breakfast that this hotel serves daily.

Absolutely nothing.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near a vibrant Chinese restaurant area. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities provided were top-notch, and the rooms were spacious, especially with the disabled-friendly toilets. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to satisfy every appetite.

All aspects of my stay were great, nothing to complain about.
